I could not be more pleased with my haircuts here! Michél is SO incredibly talented, and I always walk out feeling fabulous!! She’s truly the best of the best, and I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a stylist who knows exactly how to make their waves/curls look incredible.

I followed Michel from Little Lion to Studio S, where she continues to perform magic with her spot-on color and exacting cuts. Michel worked for years with a highly sought-after Manhattan colorist, and her rigorous training shows. She is analytical, an excellent listener, and innovative. I've given my hair a workout with regular chlorine and sun exposure, but she's managed to keep the color totally natural and effortless looking. As for her cuts, I can't recall a time that I haven't been complimented on my hair when I've left the salon -- and it continues to look great, so I don't have to worry about it. Michel is THE BEST colorist. I am very picky and have been to many stylists in NYC over the last 20 years. She is a true artist who understands the nuance of color and how to make it look completely natural. She does my hair, my teenage daughter’s hair and my son’s hair. And cuts! THE BEST!
