I love Alba . She's the best.( If this was just based on her I would give five stars) I bring my children to her to get their haircut as well. In fact my daughter has a whole other stylist that I would take her to regularly but still bring her to Alba when she needs a trim. She's been cutting hair for a very long time and it shows. I've gone to her now for many years. Some of the other hairdressers she's had over the years tho. . . They don't match her expertise and when it's busy it's kinda hard to be like yea don't touch my hair when there sitting there doing nothing and you're in a rush . It’s really ridiculous to even have to say this but agreed years of being a client you’d think a person would be more respectful of your time. Today is the third time that this woman makes an appointment with me for a particular time and does not show up or even open her salon for over an hour after she’s scheduled to open. Even when SHE gave you the time to come in. First two times 11am was the appt time. She shows up well after 12:00-12:30. Today 10:00 was the appt time. 11:00 she wasn’t even open. I stood outside since 9:45. I just can’t believe the unprofessionalism and the total inconsideration for her customers time. Smfh. I have been a client of hers...read full review

The worst hair salon I ever went... they don't even know what their doing... I told the lady exactly what I want and she did her own thing... she mess up my hair... is insane they should have more practice before work in a salon. I don't recommend this salon at all.
