Highly recommend cleaning your couches with Stain Steamer ( especially if you have pets). Scheduling was easy and accommodating. John arrived on time, was friendly, efficient and answered all my questions. My 5 year old couches came out great and look like new. I will be scheduling my next maintenance appt to keep them fresh.
I had initially messed up when I scheduled Stain Steamer to come clean my sofa and loveseat. I was able to quickly and easily reschedule with Ali, who showed up right on time the day we rescheduled for. I am very happy with the results.
