Edited review as the problem was resolved. Beware! If you buy membership aka multiple session vouchers, make sure to take a picture of it and make manager text you a confirmation. Do not leave without it, as you might risk losing your money in case your vouchers get lost. I bought 90 min x 6 sessions and was told that it’s on records and I don’t need to bring anything as there is a written record of it. it took 2.5 hours of rocky roads and going back and forth + me finding actual membership to receive understanding and a fair honest communication. I am writhing this review for Lulu. She gets the spots so well and just fixes me every time. I will say though not masseuses have the same techniques and everyone’s preferences are different. If you plan to make this place your regular spot maybe try to learn their names and see who you like the most. I did have a quite subpar experience a few weeks back.
The bed and cushions do need a bit more frequent cleaning. Just a lil advice.

Walked in on a weekday and got Steven for 30 minutes. Great massage and very affordable, and I was pleasantly surprised by hot stones toward the end. Highly recommended - I’ll be back!
