Strange experience. Massage was ok but when it came time to pay and give the tip I paid the $60 for the hour massage and wanted to pay $15 for tip (25%). I gave her $20 and asked for $5 back and she wouldn't give it to me, insisting that $20 was the minimum tip (33%!). It felt super awkward and we went back and forth for a while before she finally relented and gave me my change. If you have strong feelings about what you tip then I'd suggest bringing exact change.

I just left here a few hours ago. It was my second visit. The woman who did my hour foot rub put zero effort into it…she rubbed the same spot on each foot, respectively, the entire time. She also skipped over the hot stones at the end. When it was time to pay, I tipped her close to 20%, despite the poor service. She watched me fill in the tip amount and then pulled out her calculator, and asked that I change it to a 30% tip. Trust me when I say, I won’t be back.In fairness, the first experience was decent. It was a pretty good massage experience. I was just so put off by this last time though.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Spa on 7th and was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by Vicky. Vicky's expertise and attentiveness were truly remarkable.
