Sophie is fantastic. I had never done acupuncture prior to 2021, and I initially went to her to address a never-before-experienced bout of insomnia (I had been awake for 6 or 7 days and nothing I did worked. The first time I had acupuncture with Sophie, later that night, I slept 6 hours. I have seen her ever since.)

She has also reduced chronic TMJ pain and supported general stress management.

While I was in physical therapy for a torn meniscus (and later, recovering from surgery post-op), acupuncture with her was a key component of my pain management practice.

I've been seeing Sophie for about 4 years and I can't recommend her enough! She is the best acupuncture practitioner I've ever seen! She's supported me through 2 pregnancies and postpartum periods and has always been extremely supportive, caring and nurturing. I look forward to my appointment every week. Do yourself a favor and go see Sophie!

Wonderful, knowledgeable, accommodating - Sophie is the best acupuncturist in north Brooklyn. The space is warm and inviting. Her methods are tried and true in everything from fertility treatment to back pain. Cannot recommend highly enough.
