About [solidcore] Williamsburg
[solidcore] is a fitness studio in Brooklyn, New York that offers Pilates-inspired workouts on their unique reformer, [sweatlana]. The studio provides a supportive community and exceptional customer service, with friendly and welcoming admin staff. The spacious studio can accommodate two rows of machines, allowing for a more comfortable workout experience. Experienced instructors, such as Marielle and Inger C., lead challenging and informative classes that focus on building strength, endurance, and definition in the core, upper body, and lower body. With slow and controlled movements, [solidcore] helps clients tap into their inner strength and achieve a workout unlike any other. While the classes may be pricey, the results and overall experience make it worth the investment.

I opted for the two-week unlimited trial to see if it was worth becoming a member, but found it challenging to find available slots at convenient times.
While the training itself is effective—you’ll definitely feel the burn during the workout and the satisfying soreness the next day—I would recommend...read full review
