I had such a wonderful experience at Soft Beauty Salon. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about the health of your hair. That level of attention and expertise is something I hadn’t been able to find in Ohio, so it really stood out to me.
I visited around July and absolutely loved the experience. From the consultation to the final result, I felt heard, cared for, and confident in their hands. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to return because I had a setback with relocating from Ohio, but I fully intend to go back as soon as I’m settled in the city.

Excellent service, the quality, comfort, and education provided to my daughter about her hair and how to maintain it was so clear and concise. I highly recommend this salon for next self care day. Her hair looks so healthy and amazing leaving this salon, I will be back to do my own hair!
