I have been using SMP for a very long time. They have been awesome throughout the years. I was faced with an issue a couple of years ago with my taxes, it was a glich in the system with my social security # and a social security # for a multi-million dollar company. IRS was not hearing my issue, even though it was very obvious I wasn't the multimillionairer, lol.
