Absolutely addicted. The staff is super nice and I’ve only been going two classes max for a few weeks and my abs are already starting to come back. Only thing I don’t love is if you book through class pass you are put on the very end. Not an amazing spot for a beginner. None the less I’m about to buy a membership.
I hate how much I absolutely love SLT. Despite how insanely challenging it is, my body points itself to a class at the Cobble Hill studio at least 3x a week and I've learned to live with a healthy but constant low level of soreness. After just a few classes, I signed up for an monthly membership and even though the price gave me sticker shock, this has been one of the best investments towards my health. My back always feels better after class, I noticed improvements in my posture almost immediately, I feel taller and, most importantly with each class I've gotten stronger. Just getting back into mega former pilates after two years of not doing it, and I can’t recommend SLT Cobble Hill enough. The classes are no joke, and humbling to say the least, but the front desk team and lead instructor Casey P make it so worth it!
