SHAKILA SAVED MY LIFE! I used to go to laser hair removal until I figured out I WAS WASTING MY MONEY! Laser is not permanent but electrolysis is!! Shakila is the best electrolysis tech i have ever met. She is so kind and good hearted and her prices are GOOOOOOOOOD. She will help you with anything and can also do BOMB makeup, and eye brows.
