Terrible customer service. Great experience in office with doctor, but when calling for follow-up, was put on hold for thirty minutes twice within same day and never spoke to a doctor.

There is a reason why you stick with a medical practice for years. I have been coming to SINY for 20+ and all of the physicians I have used, particularly Dr. Lisa Gruson, have been wonderful. I recently needed Mohs surgery and had it done at SINY Derm with Dr. Ezra Hazan. He was just wonderful as was his assistant Stephanie. They were incredibly kind, patient and caring. The process was explained well and went smoothly. I highly recommend this medical practice for anything "Derm."

Founded in 1979, SINY® (The Skin Institute of New York) has more than 30 years of experience providing the full spectrum of skin care; including medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology. Newer treatments, such as the Xtrac® laser for psoriasis often enable us to provide improved results to our patients. With our expertise in cosmetic dermatology, we are able to minimize unwanted scars, blemishes, hair, tattoos and sun spots.
