The staff is well respected, helpful, patient in answering questions, and explains things well. They are well organized and reliable. However, the waiting can try your patience. Customers have returned for over 10 and 25 years for their efficient tax assistance.
Ms. Simms and her staff are naturally talented they are well respected in the Brooklyn community. They are well organized and do an excellent job preparing my tax for the past 10 years. I am grateful.
Hmmmm can't really say anything special about this "establishment"...EXTREMELY long waits VERY disorganized. A staple in the community for years!! Which makes this review so sad...places like this make it hard to support black owned businesses...(a lot don't hold themselves to a standard) Sweet ole lady though I will say that.
