I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service and craftsmanship I received. One of my high-end bags needed repair, and after being turned away by other repair services, he was able to restore it beautifully. The work was exceptional, and the turnaround time was surprisingly fast. I’m beyond grateful and he has gained a lifelong customer.
Editing my review. He fixed my show the first time. Charged me $25 and told me what he did to it when I picked it up. Few weeks later it’s busted again. I bring it back thinking he’d work on it since it’s been less than a month. He tells me some whole new way of fixing it and asked for another $25. I told him it’s been less than a month so he starts yelling at me. “Don’t tell me that! I remember this shoe!” I just said thank you and left. Don’t waste your time or money. He’s old, I get it but you can’t afford to waste money and bad service. Next place I took it to said the last guy super glued it together…
Updating 4 years later to say he’s just as good! Don’t forget to bring cash.
