I had an amazing experience with my loctician! They were professional, patient, and incredibly skilled. My locs came out neat, healthy, and exceeded my expectations walked in looking for a retwist and walked with a reconstruction . They paid close attention to detail, made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment, and shared helpful tips on maintaining my locs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I rarely write these so, here goes. The first thing i said was it smells nice in here. It smelled so good I felt at home.
My last stylist really messed up my hair. so I think, I also felt like this is where my crown will heal. 😂
I was able to overthink my hairstyle and be confident that it was going to be perfect for whatever is happening in these summer weeks and there was no judgement. I was smiling because the lady was so nice.
I am usually one to be reserved and unsure but at this place I was so sure after switching my choice many times. 😅

I had such a wonderful experience at Shay London Beauty Bar. She made sure to explain everything to in regards to the style I picked etc, and proceeded to do the hair style, she didn’t just provide great service but great conversation as well she is such a beautiful soul the 3 hr travel was worth it. Will be coming back again ☺
