I've been here for haircuts a couple times. The haircut is good, not great but service is subpar. The barbers have inappropriate conversations over customer's head bothering on misogyny. Depending on the level of respect they have for you, they could stop mid haircut to press their phones, elongating the already long time you've spent waiting. They also tend to prioritize their Jamaican/Caribbean customers over others. I always tip $5 on $25 cuts but the barber seems to hold on to your change until you ask them to keep it.Today, I was in there for a cut and there was one person ahead of me. Because we have Foundation member we keep trying for the kids at summer time and if your money shot will still accept you Sharper Image is number one in Crown Heights will it be for

My barber is great at what he does, however the environment isn't that great. I'm a woman and the conversations they have in there while I'm present are inappropriate. I know mostly guys are in there, but they should at least take into consideration that there is a woman present. Also the shop opens at 10 am, sometimes I come around 10:15 and it's not open. One time I waited until 11 am, and it still wasn't open. My barber(Kevin) does a great job cutting designs into my hair. I would recommend going to him.
