I've had acupuncture many times over the years, but never really found lasting relief until seeing Rachel. She is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable —she knows exactly what she's doing and always takes the time to listen, making sure she’s providing you with the best possible treatment for your needs. I came in with chronic back pain that I had almost given up on, and after working with her, I finally started to feel real improvement and healing. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I just had a physically and emotionally transformative acupuncture session with Rachel. Months of neck and shoulder pain relieved with one session. I look forward to many more treatments at Seven Seas Acupuncture.

Rachel has been able to help me with severe insomnia when literally nothing else did (and I have tried ALL the medical options!). She is thoughtful, kind, and caring. As a person with multiple chronic illnesses I have seen a huge range of medical and alternative medicine practitioners and rarely have I felt cared for with BOTH astute, rigorous knowledge AND warmth. I am so grateful to have found her.
