Avoid taking your child here at all costs. Worst location ever. Aside from the unprofessional front desk staff, Dr Carlotta Hample is by far the worst doctor I have ever encountered in my life. She didn’t even look at my 16 month old after I begged her and told her something wasn’t right after waiting to see her for over 2 1/2 hours. She just kept saying he would be okay. The next day I went for a second opinion with NYU Langone and my son was taken in for surgery. This woman shouldn’t have any license.
