Scarponi and Son is the absolute best. A very fastidious friend recommended them years ago after renovating her home in Harlem when we needed to do the same in Brooklyn. They did absolutely beautiful work - always used top notch materials, explained our options at every step of the way and proved to be extremely creative when our own design choices were not going to work. We've since used them for additional projects at our home and semi-annual maintenance for years - they are always fair, attentive, kind and thorough. Cannot recommend them more highly and I would not do any work on my home without their input. The best.

Professional, Courteous, Efficient, and VERY fast! Those are a few words to describe these guys! They arrived on time and completed the work (water heater replacement) in a timely manner. They were professional and patient with my endless questions! They are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Thank you for everything!!

I own several buildings in Brooklyn and do most of the minor plumbing jobs myself. Over the years I've used different plumbing outfits. None are as good as Scarponi. Their team works very well from the initiation of the service call to job completion. Jessica at the front desk is a gem. She promptly gets back to you when scheduling service. The plumbers always arrive on time, do the job, clean up any mess and make sure all is fine before leaving. I have come to trust their work and I've never had any issues with them. I would only recommend that they expand to a 24x7 so as to offer emergency service off hours. The good thing is that they can do jobs on Saturdays and possibly Sundays too. Jobs that stand out: Removing cast iron leaking stack pipe section from third floor to first floor. New pipes fitted with No Hubs. Third and Second floor Kitchen cabinets were removed with great care by the plumbers. I later closed up the wall and reinstalled cabinets myself. Tenants and I were glad it was all done neatly and faster than expected. Removal of claw foot tub and installing a shower with toilet bowl in a different position in the same bathroom. Installing gas line from basement to 2nd floor for the clothes dryer. They ran line so as it to make minimal holes and less costly. Over the years.....Clogged drains (that I couldn't clear) Shut off valves that needed replacing, and replacing existing shower bodies with newer single lever shower bodies. They offer good honest work at a good price Call them next time you're in need. Nick P.
