October 2025; after 4 years from fixing the front roof valleys on the house, leaking developed on the rear roof. I call SAS Roofing & Waterproofing; next day, Mohammed looked at the roof and identified the problem. Also, I decided on re-pointing and waterproofing the front steps, brickwork to close several a/c openings, filing gaps underneath the patio. Mohammad provided a fair and reasonable quote. His team was reliable and completed the project in two days, and it was a stress-free experience. The team’s skills and craftsmanship were shown in their high-quality work and tested in a very heavy rainstorm recently – no leaks. Highly recommend SAS Roofing & Waterproofing.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. They do an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Mo Hussain and his team take special pride in their work. As Board President of my condominium, I had selected SAS for two water proofing projects, after interviewing several companies for the job. Mo's knowledge and understanding immediately stood out and he offered several suggestions that not only improved the long-term effectiveness of the work, but also provided significant cost saving.

Great experience getting roof re-waterproofed with Mohammad @ SAS Contracting. Found him at Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating and can see why. He was prompt with the initial estimate visit, proposed a reasonable price, came on schedule and capably performed the work. He was professional and respectful throughout. I wish all construction work was this seamless.
