I was a customer for around a year, sadly I will not be returning again. She yelled at me over the phone about a mistake she made with purchasing the wrong hair for my upcoming appointment. She also decided to take me on a Sunday and then yelled at me about that as well. She’s not a terrible stylist but she will be disrespectful if she gets frustrated. Even if it’s her own fault ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

This salon is top notch, the owner Leslie Nicole aka Nicole as she introduces herself, is just a warm, friendly very personable stylist and host. The environment is very clean, the ambiance is very tranquil. Such a generous and wholehearted person that provides awesome service. She really didn't care about draining my pockets and so genuinely was tremendously concerned with my hair restoration and maintenance. Though she provides every service available she prefers natural products that BTW smells and feels so good. I left satisfied and impressed with the new rigor added to my hair, I am now a regular.
