I've seen this shop in the neighborhood for at least 20 years. I finally gave her a chance, and based on her work I will return. She listened to my concerns and executed them perfectly. I'm tired of being a barber shop nomad. I'll be back.

Couldn’t have asked for a sweeter, kinder person to cut our sons hair for the first time! Will now be back, every time. Thanks Ruthie!

I got my haircut here for the second time a month ago, and I have NEVER heard as many compliments on my haircut, from people who know me to strangers, in a month's time. I don't even know what's different about it really, it's the same cut I always ask for, but Ruthie nailed it perfectly. It was like she found the exact haircut I really wanted underneath all the shaggy-ness left by other barbers, who I paid twice as much for only to feel like it was 'close enough.' It's that number system Ruthie uses - it never fails, and it gets what I asked for EXACTLY right. I'm never going anywhere else - neither will you. Try it out. She's chill AF.
