This company is terrible. Big scam. They will call you, and tell you that you were hired. Then make you do a background check but they never call you to tell you the results. I waited about a month after the background check to see if they would call me back with the results and they still never contacted me, they don't even answer the phone when you call them. Mind you I'm homeless living in a homeless shelter and I need this job. Hands down terrible company

So I’d like to start off by saying that this hiring and interview process is a HUGE fraud especially on Elizabeth’s part. This took place back in December and I had to retake my interview videos to see if I would get a response back from Royale Company. I have called numerous times for a response to see if we would move forward with the process. Yes, I am highly aware of this taking place during the holidays. However, holidays or not if you say you’re going to contact me by this date and the day comes and you’re not doing your part to communicate with me, then you’re not a legit company. Lots of fake review. I can’t rely a review base on the interview but not exactly during or after employment. I check their profile in ziprecruiter and they always posting hire for concierge which is suspicious. And i have been scam some of this companies before. Big story but to be short. Stay on reputable company not company such as this!
