Didn’t get my glasses here, but went in for a glasses adjustment —and they are extremely kind and helpful. Next time I need an optometrist I will come here and update this review.

Good service, bad time management, seemingly outdated and unmonitored websites.
I visited Royal Optix twice this year, both times with scheduled appointments at 10:45am. Since the establishment serves walk-ins and appointments, it was quite crowded when I went. Unfortunately, they use a first-in-first-out (FIFO) system for which patient takes priority, so there doesn’t seem to be a reason to make an appointment. As a matter of fact, when arriving, Jane, the receptionist, seemed surprised to see me and asked what I was there for, even though I had an appointment listing the purpose and time of my visit. Fantastic customer service. I stopped in to get my loose glasses adjusted and they took great care with the adjustment free of charge. I also learned more about how to get glasses properly sized than I have in years of wearing them. Highly recommended.
