I’ve been going to this salon for a couple of years now and have always had great experiences, but this is my first time leaving a review! I felt like I had to after getting my haircut with Kotaro because his skill and attention to detail really stood out.
He understood exactly what I was trying to describe, and he executed it so well. I’m really loving my haircut! My side layers are symmetrical, and I can actually brush through my previously damaged, bleached hair so much more easily now.
Really happy with the result and will definitely be coming back to Kotaro!

I had an appointment for a haircut and cold perm with Limi on Saturday, and I had a wonderful experience at Room Salon with her! She was really kind and patient, and took the time to make sure we achieved the look I was going for! The space was comfortable and I enjoyed the music they had playing in the background. Will definitely be returning for Limi :)

Got a dry cut by Kotomi and loved it! I’m the type of person who typically gets their hair cut from Great Clips every 1.5 years, but figured I should let a professional have at it. I didn’t have the words for what I wanted, but I showed Kotomi a 15 second TikTok video and prayed the for best. She rose to the challenge and it’s the best hair cut I’ve had in NY.
