Mike has done outstanding roof work for us on multiple occasions involving different sections of our roof in Windsor Terrace. One flat roof, one pitched, both in terrible shape when we bought the house in 2020. Mike walked us through our choices and the differences in price versus durability. His team worked quickly and efficiently, laying down the new roof and replacing and rerouting gutters that were adding to the problems. He's quick to answer follow up questions and concerns. I'd recommend Mike Sapirstein to anyone.
After the flash floods in Brooklyn last week, Mike at Roofmaster was inundated with urgent calls for service. He was booked for weeks and the calls kept coming. But he was so gracious and patient when I called in a panic about our roof leak right before we were due to have an inspection of the building. The neighboring building had moved a big stone onto our roof and it had damaged the seal right before the storms. Mike gave us an appointment, but said that he'd fit me in before that if an opening came up. And he did! He texted me when he had an opening and his team came over and did a complicated repair, and capped our chimney and made the roof ready for winter...read full review
Mike is honest, on site and got the job done, while only using the best materials available today ThermoplasticPolyolefin(TPO) membrane… My neighbors complimented my roof from afar, “what is that roof, it’s beautiful and clean!?” as well as the architect who I had in recently for review of future construction plans…. AAA+++
