So I’ve been contemplating fixing my sons since I felt like anywhere I went would over charge me. One day walking on 5th I see this tech store and was like screw it it doesn’t hurt to ask how much it would cost so I did. Alex welcomed me like if I knew this man my whole life. Made me feel welcomed talked to me about the process and how much he would charge. The man even offered to meet me all the way in the poconos where I live to pick up or drop off the iPad. I felt like I was family some how and I only just met this man. Honestly though he gave me the best price and the work was excellent the he also resolved an issue with the charging port that he clearly showed...read full review
First, Alex responded to a text promptly and tried to answer my questions as best he could given the information I gave him. When we visited their establishment, they were friendly and welcoming. Once he was able to assess the situation fully, he gave us several options we could take to solve the problem--at different price points and with potential pros and cons for each option. He was honest and reasonable, and I certainly will avail myself of his services as needed as well as highly recommend him to others in the Sunset Park/Bay Ridge area. Others who may not mind a little traveling, he is accessible by bus (B9, B63, B37) and trains (N and R). I cannot stress enough that the customer service was exceptional.
Omg Alex is the best ever! Great customer service and goes above and beyond to fix exactly what you came for an more. Mind you my laptop was old but he fixed every last part like new. Thanks so much Alex!
