I took two pairs of leather shoes here for cleanup and some relatively simple repairs.

My leather boots needed a quick stitch repairs and a shoe shine, which was done perfectly.

I had a pair of white sneakers that needed a piece of leather cut and sewn to the heel, also done pretty nicely.

But I asked for a cleaning of the white shoes and was offered to make them white again, which I happily agreed. What I got back was my $300 shoes covered in Kwik Shoe Repair paint, it looked like they were spray painted back to white. The paint was not consistently applied either. Took my Herschel Supply Co. Nova Gold Zip Crossbody Bag to be fixed because the nylon strap was hanging by threads. You can't even tell where the repair was done on that one now. Paid $15 for that. Also took my Leather Kate Spade Staci Dual Zip Around Mini Crossbody handbag strap to get fixed because it got caught on something and broke. He was able to repair it and he tried to color match it as best as he could. Forgot how much I paid for that repair. Happy that both bags are fixed. Contemplating on bringing my daughters Lululemon inspired crossbody handbag for repair next 🤔

I go here to get my knives sharpened. He does a great job. The wait times, however are questionable. I've arrived while no one else was around, asked if he's busy, was told no but then told 30 mins to sharpen 3 knives. I'm patient but with not much else in the area to do and nowhere to sit, I'd prefer to have been lied to and waited... Ultimately he was done much more quickly as I stood there waiting. My point is, a little nudge on wait times at this place can't hurt...
