I rarely get my nails done but this could have been done better. I walked in with natural long square nails and I asked her to shape them. The gel color and my cuticles are great but I'm not to happy that the shape looks off. I'm very particularly about that especially if I'm paying. I did bring it to her attention and she files it down but she kinds rid too much that it doesn't match the rest of the length. I'm going to have to file them when I get home. In my opinion they take care of their regulars but newbies don't get the same attention. That's just my honest option.

7 weeks ago I got my very long stiletto nails done here. I came home to Australia and my nail tech says “these were not done here, right?” When I told her they were done at Red Nail in Sunset Park she responded @thank goodness@ Because they were so well done, brilliantly shaped, no edges, cleanly applied, wonderfully even Polish application. She said that if this salon was in Australia, she’d have no customers left because everyone would be going to Red Nail Salon. They will be my NYC salon from now on!

I didn’t have to wait, which was nice. I had a regular pedicure. It was very no frills and the price is low. My total bill was $20, however they charged me an additional $3 to use my debit card. I’ve never heard of a fee so high & tbh didn’t think it was legal.
