Such great service from the front desk to the doctor. I went in for an eye exam and contacts. I called to make an appointment. Did not feel rushed and doctor helped me with all my concerns.

The staff here are so nice and helpful! It's one of those places that makes you feel like they are really in it for the customer, not just to make a buck. Great service, all around!

i was calling to all the opticals around my area and all of them where rude answering the phone. i found this one Raphael optical and called and the lady that answered me was very nice and told me to go the same day. i met the opthalmologyst and was also very nice with me i recommed this optical just try it and you will see. 10**********
