I wouldn't even leave the one star if I didn't have to, but to start the gentleman that came to my home was very inexperienced. He came without a trap, failed to leave pouches around my home to get rid of the rat infestation that I have, he had to call his boss three times to ask questions, used my sink to dilute the roach solution that they use and sprayed under my cabinet where I keep my paper towels and boxes of gloves. I found the whole cabinet drenched in this fluid as well as several items being ruined. I needed to throw away the boxes and the wood from the cabinet is warped because I didn't find this until two weeks later. After calling back to ask for them to bring the pouches at a later time, the boss tells me I'm lucky that I got exterminating, because my landlord does not have to exterminate since I live in a two family I am not entitled to exterminating, as we don't have the same rules as New York City renters do.
Lies about knocking on the door to your Apartment. Ignores scheduled appointments. General nonchalant "you have no alternative" attitude when you're forced to use them by your landlord. 7 times they were scheduled and 7 times they no showed and lied to the superintendent and said they knocked on the door, while my wife and I were up, awake and waiting for them. Very displeased with them and they have done absolutely zero to rectify my opinion.
I get mice in the house and I call them. They arrive within reasonable time and always call ahead to make sure you are there to receive them. They are polite, they leave a little extra product. Not much but just enough to continue the process on your own if needed. A week later the mice are dead and gone, always like clock work. I usually use them about 2 times a year. They are effective and so don't need them more than this. They get the job done! No complaints. Yeah I've gotten some techs that are less responsive then others, but at the end of the day the mice are finished. Not looking to marry them, only looking for the mice to go away.
