Since I'm new to New York, it's been interesting to decide where and who to trust to do my hair without causing any damage or breakage. I've been to Classic Beauty Studio only once, but I would 100% go back again. The vibes are great and so is the staff and the decor. It was so easy to make an appointment. I wanted to get a silk press and deep conditioner wash. I have a lot of hair too, so sometimes I'm sitting in the chair for a while. I made an appointment for a Friday evening and was offered tea and water to help make my appointment more comfortable. They offer many beauty services such as hair, braids lashes and I believe facials as well. I'll definitely be back.

I desperately needed a sew in and with my regular stylist out of town I didn't know what to do. I gotta tell you..... from the Yelp reviews I wouldn't have booked an appointment here but a good friend of mine recommended this place and since I value the opinions of my friends I booked anyway. I booked with Jocelyn for a sew in with leave out. She did an amazing job with the install (although a little tight) and she cut my hair into a perfect bob. She was very pleasant to work with and so was the young lady who I assume may be the owner. I will be booking here again.
