Not a good experience with the service received from the person dispatched to my home by this company. Perhaps they need to validate/authenticate people they work with. After receiving an initial quote of $85, I was charged 3x that amount for 20 minutes of service only to be told I needed to purchase a part (at my expense). Reluctantly, wrote check (which was cashed first thing next morning) for full service expecting after buying part they claimed I needed, he would honor his word and return to fix... When I informed him, I had part he said he would return to repair a week later, well he never showed up, when I called again guess what? I was blocked... Hmmm... I'm hurt...read full review

Hmmm... I'm hurt and disappointed because I believe in supporting my community but this is why we go the other way.
