The Glendale 2 location has birds living in the ceiling, eating away at the ceiling tiles, falling into exam rooms while patients are inside, they even had one die in the back and it smells like decay in not only the far back room but the bathroom as well due to there being a dead animal in it, and the management has done nothing about it. The lights don’t even work in the front of the office, it looks like a ghost town. here. Absolutely unprofessional front desk . I requested an appointment over the phone via Telehealth and was denied with prejudice. I am done with this place before even starting. Time for a new doctor.
