Love love love! From the actually services to the customer care, everything was outstanding. I had to cancel a few times due to illness and family emergencies, and I was met with kindness and grace; they even honored a previous price I was given! During the actual service, the technicians made sure to ask me questions if any additional fees might need to be added before starting, walked me through what they did, and gave me the opportunity to check thoroughly to make sure what was done was to my standards. I recently had my upholstery cleaned and I am beyond impressed with the results! The team was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. They treated my furniture with so much care and managed to remove stains I thought were permanent. Everything looks, feels, and even smells brand new again.
