Completely agree with the reviews here. Carmine arrived on time and fixed a super loud and leaky boiler. He replaced the circulating pump, the pressure relief valve, and repressurized the expansion tank.
We've been using Primary Plumbing to perform annual maintenance on our boiler and any repairs as needed, for several years. The owner comes himself, professional, takes the time to explain to you the issue, and tells you yours options. He is honest and very pleasant to work with. I've used Carmine for a few years now to do my yearly inspection of my boiler. However, yesterday was when he really came to the rescue for me and my family. We woke up to a leaking water heater that was leaking into the boiler room in our basement. We were beyond stressed when I called him but he walked me through everything. He even looked up to see if my water heater was still under warranty which I didn't even think of because it was there when we bought the house. Thankfully, it was under warranty! He gave me the name of a distributor that was able to get us the water heater the same day and Carmine installed it shortly after. Woke up to chaos and by the time we went to bed all was normal again. Carmine made this stressful situation into something manageable. I was happy to have him guiding me through everything. Definitely will continue using him for my boiler and heating needs. Also, just as an extra, our boiler was clearly not taken care of when we first moved in and was very dirty and clanged a lot. After a few years of yearly service with Carmine it has improved tremendously. I'm always amazed when I turn it on and it's silent as a mouse :) Thank you Carmine for all your help!
