I'm a little shocked and thrown off by the negative reviews and photos. I actually had a positive shopping experience here and left with great quality hair for a decent price. I needed hair for a Bob hairstyle in preparation for my cousin's wedding. I happened to come here when a promotion was happening and received a free beautiful pink satin bonnet. The sales clerk was very sweet and knowledgeable and allowed me to touch and feel the hair before purchasing. She also explained the differences between the hair textures as well. Not sure if I'll be back here anytime soon since I'm rarely in the area.

I would like to say that I really enjoyed my shopping experience. The hair concierge Crystal helped me a lot. She had the answers to every question. I know that as a customer I take a while trying to differentiate on the hair I want and she was extremely patient. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I have been buying from Pretty Proper for three years, and I am always happy with the quality. The value doesn’t change, and it holds up. I have curled , flat ironed slept without a bonnet, AND no excessive shedding or knots. Thank god someone still sells good hair Brooklyn. Customer service is A++, I legit can’t complain.
