I wish I saw the reviews before coming here. I came and got my nails and toes done. When it came time to pay they said I could tip on the card but to tip on the card it would have to be 20% minimum. I was like respectfully that’s crazy and a lot, this is not a restaurant. So I said I would do cash, and handed her cash and she caught an attitude and said that it wasn’t enough. Like excuse me? This is literally getting out of hand. I don’t mind tipping but let’s not forget that tipping is optional and I should not be shaken down for it. Two things 1.) If they’re speaking in Korean, there’s a chance that they’re talking about you. 2.) My tips lasted just six days before the first nail broke off and two more by day eight. Weak.
Love coming here for my spa pedicures green tea spa and lavender spa are the best you get hot stones, callus remover, and 15 minute massage. I always feel like I'm walking on clouds when I leave here. Great service, clean establishment and always welcoming.
