I went to plaza optical about a year ago to get my eyes tested.There was an issue with my prescription so I called to validate the date of the prescription. Initially, I spoke a man Chris on the phone, very pleasant. He put me on hold briefly to find out added information from his manager. A rude women I'm guessing the owner came on the phone and said " What is it you want, I'm very busy. Your cutting into my time with customers. I said I am a customer as well. She put me on hold several times. Just overall very nasty. I just don't understand how someone can be so nasty and disrespectful to a someone who paid for their services. Chris is awesome but when I was assisted by the manager, she was rude, and pushy. Sorry but that's not they type of customer service that makes me want to spend my money. I definitely don't recommend going here.

Huge waste of time! And no customer service at all! I called to make an appointment for an eye exam and was told no appointment needed and to come in ANY time. Went on a Friday around 11am. The only employee in the store was staring at his phone and seemed like he did me a favor by speaking to me. Told me the doc is not in but should be there in 15 minutes. I walked around the mall came back about 30 minutes later doc still not in. Waited another 20 minutes went back. The same employee now said let me see if the doc is ready and then tells me its $100 for the exam. I told him I have insurance and I confirmed over the phone they except my insurance.
