From the planning and meeting eachother to the makeup process and the shoot , it was all handled so personally and with great care. So many things make Evgenia special but the one that stood out to me the most is how much she truly took the time to get to know ME. She didn't just "pose me" she talked me through it and gave me suggestions and it truly flew by. My husband and I interviewed many doulas in the NY Metro area prior to the birth of our first baby and not only was Heather experienced and confident in her ability to provide support, but she was also relatable, reassuring, and kind. We knew immediately that she was the right match for us.Leading up to the birth, Heather was extremely communicative and spent time both in person and over the phone providing us with helpful resources and guidance not only about the birthing process, but also comfort measures and postpartum expectations.
