I recently started going to Paul's for my haircut. Three times in a row now I've received the best quality cut I can remember getting in NYC. It's a one man show here, and he doesn't rush your haircut. The price is more than fair, too. I wish I had started coming here years sooner.
Was in town for the week and stopped in to get a haircut. Paul treated me like I've been coming there for years. Professional and friendly, I would recommend to anyone living in Brooklyn.
