From start to finish, Park Optics was a nice experience. As a new patient, I felt comfortable and in good hands. The team at the front was friendly and informative. The doctor was skilled — I actually found out the prescription I’ve been wearing for two years has been too strong! I also liked that they didn’t pressure buying frames or contacts in store, though I do think I’ll be back to explore their selection.

This is our family eye store. They prompt us to schedule annually. They do a thorough job of detailing what's covered through our insurance. We see the doctor for an exam and get our order (and pick up or get it mailed) about a week later. I've experienced a few one off clients that don't have the best empathetic customer service communication skills, but most of the employees are very nice and client oriented. We appreciate this business we've been going to for about a decade.
