I’ve only had good experience with them. When I needed splitters replaced, they told me the current units were too big for the room and had me buy the smaller (cheaper) unit. No issues.

I have lived at my property for over 25 years and I have had quite a few maintainance, repair and replacement done on equipment. My experience with the team from Panda HVAC was the most positive experience I have ever had with any contractor. This included my interaction with Tanya in the corperate office, who was instrumental in setting up all of my appointments. She was always pleasant and patient when explaining all charges. When the 1st team arrived (Imam and Thomas) my 1st thought was, "Oh no! How is it possible these guys are going to be able to handle such a big job of replacing my furnace and AC unit." We just had our hvac replaced and Panda Hvac team gave me such a wonderful experience from the start to end. They are reasonably priced and offers different options and explains them.Thomas ,Alexander and their team were awesome, very nice, punctual and cleaned the area when they were done. I will definitely call them again if i have any problems. Thank You Panda Hvac for your excellent job. I highly recommend them if any of you out there are looking for a good hvac company.
