This company knows even less about OSCommerce than I do. They were not only no help at all, but they made my situation even worse than it was when I came to them. They did more damage than good. They refused to take any responsibility for their actions. They find a way to blame the customer, the hosting companies, PayPal and anyone else they can think of. Every person that we delete with was rude and did not understand the meaning of customer service. They only focus on the technology, which they also know nothing about. I would not recommend them to my biggest competitors.
