A few hiccups with scheduling due to availability and my schedule but they so their best to be accommodating. Sondra is amazing. Not only is she sweet but she does an excellent job at cleaning the apartment. She asks questions if she's unsure of something, makes sure everything is spotless and takes her time completing the work. She's the person I trust and prefer.

I was looking for a new cleaning service because the one I last used, although amazing, was a little expensive. So, upon my search through Yelp, I came across Orchid House Cleaning. Yuliana replied to my inquiry quickly and was able to schedule a one-time cleaning within days of my request. Now, I only have a studio apartment, but it had gotten way out of hand and was incredibly messy (and downright gross). Two people came to clean (through the horrendous down pour nyc most recently had too!) and started to work. Orchid was on time and provided excellent service. The total invoice and total time spent were exactly as communicated in the quote. They went above and beyond to keep me informed of their progress and were both courteous and professional. 10/10 recommend.
