About a month ago, I came to get medium box braids, instead she showed me a picture of medium, and gave me small. So small to the point where, almost 3 weeks into having the hairstyle, three of my braids slipped out. I went to a different braider in a completely different store and they told me the parts were too small for the front of my head. A week or two goes by and four more slip out just by pulling on the added hair. If I was 3 years ago, I truly wouldn’t have written this review

This salon offers late appointments. The braider that did my hair was complaining the whole time about how late it is, she would never do this again, she don't know why she doing this, she and her kid have to wake up early to go to school. Half my head is shaved so it takes her half the time to do my hair and she's still complaining. If late appointments are a problem why did she make her self available I could have come on a different day. If my hair actually looked good i could get passed that. Within a week chunks of my natural hair is sticking out of the braids. The parting looks terrible. She did not want to be there and it shows my hair looks horrible. She put no effort into tucking my natural hair at all. I was charged $220. The quality does not match the price I paid. I would never come back here. Big waste of money.
