Best Medicaid network in NYC! Better service than any other non-Medicaid system. The online app/portal works great, and there's always summertime to answer the phone during operating hours.The staff is great.I would give it 10 stars if I could!

In regards to covid testing at this location:I was very frustrated by how long it took. I was only 6th in line and it still took 1 hour to get tested.However, everyone working here is so so so kind it made up for it.So just be prepared to wait a while. Dress warm.
