The Most Responsive Service Call I Ever Experienced!!! Called on a Saturday late afternoon Labor Day weekend because my unit wasn’t turning on. I placed a service call and received a call back within 5 mins from Jason. He walked me through resetting the unit and it worked perfectly. Service does not get better than that. Thank you so much!
You know... it's perpetually amazing how much better it is when people actually enjoy what they do. I just had the pleasure of having Jose & Alfredo from North Pole come to service my Friedrich air conditioner. Not only were they friendly & charming but they solved it all with their expertise.... and not just the immediate problem but little wonky things with this AC that have annoyed me from the beginning. My next AC will most definitely be purchased from North Pole. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I want to add a photo of these great guys... but I don't see the option to do so.
