Aside from that, my experience with Dr. Malka was wonderful. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and kind. She took the time to show me what she was seeing and explain my condition in a way I could understand. I felt informed and well cared for throughout the visit.
My initial walk in greeting wasn't warm, the one staff at the front was on a personal call, she was annoyed by my questions. I saw Dr. Malka for basic care. She is a professional, she is gentle, she listened and answered my questions. During the procedure, Dr. Informed was she was doing, and she didn't try to sell me something else. The office is clean, tidy and not crowed. The outside/backyard view from room I was in is beautiful many green plants that is calming.
Had a great experience, I’ve been nervous about going to the dentist for years and they really made me feel comfortable. Explained everything nicely and we’re not too insistent on anything. Feels good to now have a dentist to come back to. Really appreciate them
