I had my first pixie cut at Nik Salon, which was a very tidy and well-organized place, including the bathroom. Yes, I always pay attention to the overall experience. Nicole wasn’t at her best, but I noticed she had all new clients. She could have easily refunded all of us our deposits and focused on herself, but the fact that she came in and took care of all of us was truly admirable, and I really appreciated that. I would recommend Nik to everyone. Super friendly and pleasant. I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early. She allowed me to come in and she started me right away. I booked a wash, cut, and style. She was super friendly, very nice to talk to, fast and efficient. I was in the shop for maybe an hour in a half because my hair took a good amount of time to dry. But other than that it was a super quick exchange. Her salon is a hidden Gem in Brooklyn. I will definitely use Nik salon again.Services: Hairstyling
